Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, with all original tags attached, and meet the following conditions:
- Purchased within the last 30 days
- Not altered or modified in any way
- Not worn or used
- In its original packaging with all accessories included
How to Request a Return
To initiate the return process, please contact our support team via email at support@graziaa.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond to your request within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method using Shopify Payments. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@graziaa.shop.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team via email at support@graziaa.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the defective or damaged item. We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
